Market Access Manager

The Role

As our new Market Access Manager, you will lead and support multiple market access projects across jurisdictions. You will guide clients through complex market entries and regulatory landscapes while maintaining a strong overview of each project’s strategic direction.

You will work closely with:

• Global clients and counterparties
• Authorities and regulatory bodies
• Legal representatives and trading experts
• Time2Market leadership and operations

You must be able to see the bigger picture, not just the daily tasks, and understand how each project contributes to long-term value for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing and executing market access projects end-to-end
• Guiding clients through new market entries
• Maintaining ongoing communication with authorities and external stakeholders
• Ensuring high-quality documentation and compliance standards
• Streamlining internal workflows and improving processes
• Coordinating across multiple countries and jurisdictions
  Occasional short-term international travel
• Deadlines matter. Details matter. Quality matters.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience from the energy industry
• Ideally brings experience in Market Access, Business Development, and/or Energy Trading
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, Law, or similar
• Communicates fluently in professional English (additional languages are a strong plus)
